Any market. Two ready today.
A market is a list of organisations plus what matters to the people who sell to them: the vendors they might run, the rules that bind them, the plans and roles that signal a decision. The two below are ready now, as worked examples. Adding yours does not change the engine underneath.
US state and local government web accessibility
For vendors of accessibility audits, remediation, monitoring software and website rebuilds. Every state, county, city, special-district and school-district domain on CISA’s public .gov list, each with the ADA Title II web deadline that applies to it, the accessibility vendor seen on its site, and what it publishes about its own plans and bids.
| Compliance date | Who it binds |
|---|---|
| 2027-04-26 | State and local governments with a total population of 50,000 or more |
| 2028-04-26 | Public entities with a total population below 50,000, and every special district government |
The ADA Title II web and mobile accessibility rule, as extended by the interim final rule of 2026-04-20 (91 FR 20902). Web content and mobile apps must conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA (28 CFR 35.200), subject to the exceptions in 28 CFR 35.201.
This product uses the Census Bureau Data API but is not endorsed or certified by the Census Bureau.
Buyers of survey and feedback software
For vendors of survey, feedback, customer-experience and employee-listening tools. Research and feedback-heavy organisations, with the survey vendor seen on their site, their stated plans to start, expand or replace a feedback programme, the roles they hire for, and the employment and reporting rules in the UK and EU that put a date on it.
Markets we can build next
Examples, not a menu. Each needs a list of the organisations in it and public evidence of the moment that matters; we build one when a customer asks for it, and say plainly if we cannot.
| If you sell | To | The moment we would watch for |
|---|---|---|
| Compliance and security software | Software companies | A trust or security page that says an audit is on the roadmap; a first security hire. |
| HR and pay software | EU employers of 100 people or more | The EU pay-transparency directive (2023/970), which member states had to transpose by 7 June 2026. |
| Accessibility tools and agencies, in Europe | Online shops, banks, transport and e-book sellers in the EU | The European Accessibility Act, in force for new products and services since 28 June 2025. |
| Payments, chat, analytics, website platforms | Any organisation whose site runs a rival | The rival’s script or DNS record on their site, and the day the rival changes its price or plans. |
| Localisation and international growth | Software and e-commerce companies | An announcement of a new country, language or office, in their own words. |
| Cybersecurity services | Essential and important entities in the EU | NIS2 (2022/2555) obligations by sector and size; a weak or missing email-security record. |
Have a market in mind?
The best ones have an open list of who is in them and something public that changes before they buy: a deadline, a vendor, a plan, a hire. Tell us yours and we will say plainly whether it can be built.
